The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email. The confirmation lists the products, prices, delivery cost, payment method and the order link, where you can follow its status.

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise.
